I am having the exact same issue as ARRELL with the corrupt stitching and have been reading this thread with desperation since Samsung technical support is zero help. If so, you need this version (ActionDirector 2) The download will be called "Gear_360_ActionDirector_Live_.exe" - NOT "Gear_360_ActionDirector_2005_15L" The problem is that, as the OP found, the older version of the software (the one you have) isn't stitching files from the new Gear360 camera - the Gear360 2017 Is that the camera you're using? There's a fair bit of confusion about this. apparently that is not the case, I have also contacted cyberlink customer support. I do appreciate any suggestions, I had assumed this was a simple problem that others had had and I was just overlooking some settings in the software. My computer is fairly standard, but it does have 3 graphics cards- not sure why that would cause a problem. The reason I posted an enclosed space as an example was simply because I had no short videos from outdoors, and it was dark outside when the sample was requested.Īction director stitches the pictures I take correctly, but not the video- Power Director 15 recognizes the video taken with the camera as video but when it stitches it gives me the same highly distorted image as you got with the video you posted.
